Filing a takedown notice
If you believe content on this Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to dmca@dailywellinsights.com including: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) the URL of the allegedly infringing material; (4) your contact information; (5) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for them.
Counter-notices
If your material was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
Repeat infringers
We terminate commenting privileges of repeat infringers where appropriate.
