This Privacy Policy describes how Daily Well Insights ("we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use dailywellinsights.com (the "Site").
Information we collect
Information you provide: name and email when you comment, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us. Automatic information: device and browser information, pages visited, and approximate location derived from IP address, collected via privacy-focused analytics. For comment submissions we store a one-way hash of your IP address (not the address itself) for spam prevention. Advertising pages may include third-party pixels (such as Meta Pixel) that collect device identifiers and browsing events on those pages.
Site chat. If you use the chat widget on our site, we collect the name and email address you enter, the messages you send, the page where the chat started, and basic technical data (a hashed IP address and browser type). We use this information to answer your question, to follow up by email when needed, and to improve our content. Replies may be generated with the help of automated tools and reviewed by our team. We do not sell or share this information for advertising purposes.
How we use information
To deliver and improve the Site, moderate comments, send newsletters you requested, measure content performance, support advertising on clearly marked pages, and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
We share information with service providers that operate the Site, hosting (Cloudflare), database infrastructure (Supabase), email delivery, and analytics, under agreements limiting their use of it. We do not sell your personal information. Third-party advertising pixels on advertorial pages are governed by those providers' privacy policies.

Your privacy rights
Depending on your state (including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah), you may have rights to access, delete, or correct your personal information, and to opt out of certain sharing. Retention
Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe; comments for the life of the article; server logs up to 24 months.
Children
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date above.
