In your 20s and 30s

Blood pressure at least every 2 years, cholesterol every 4–6 years, cervical cancer screening (Pap every 3 years from 21), STI screening as indicated, dental and skin checks annually.

In your 40s

Add: diabetes screening (A1C) every 3 years from 35 if overweight, mammography discussion from 40, eye exams every 2–4 years.

At 45

Colorectal cancer screening starts, colonoscopy every 10 years or annual FIT testing.

50s and beyond

Add lung cancer screening for qualifying smokers, bone density at 65 (earlier with risk factors), shingles and pneumonia vaccines, and hearing checks.
